Apple yesterday rolled out two-factor verification for Apple ID's, a security measure that further shields your Apple ID and iCloud accounts from being hijacked .Unfortunately , a new security flaw has been discovered by the folks at The Verge , that allows anyone to hack into your Apple ID's who has access ot your email ID and date of birth .
As The Verge states , the exploit involves pasting the modified URL answering the date of birth security question on Apple's iForgot page . Needless to say , if you haven't enable the two step verification , do it immediately pr your apple id's are free to get hacked .
This won't affect those who have already enabled the two step verfication . But many people are remain exposed to this hack as Apple has enabled it only in a few countries which include - U.S , U.k , Ireland , Australia , New Zealand . which means that other Apple users can really do much without Apple's intervention .
We expect Apple to temporarly disable password resets , until it can patch this major security flaw
